Odd Jobs reprints four unrelated stories from J. Scott Campbell’s popular Danger Girl franchise. Campy thrills, jet-setting glamour and improbable stunts are keywords for this fun mélange of Lara Croft, Charlie’s Angels, and Alias.

“Mod Bods” nods in the direction of popular American kids’ television shows like the live-action Batman and the original animated Scooby Doo series. Abbey Chase and the girls go undercover as a rock band to foil the plans of the dastardly Peach and his sidekick Pit. “Delusions of Grandeur” spotlights Danger Girl trainee Valerie who decides she’s ready to play in the big leagues. In “Hawaiian Punch”, a relaxing vacation goes awry when the girls must thwart a madman bent on taking over the world, one amusement park at a time. Last up, “Viva Las Danger” puts a soul–stealing gem from ancient Egypt in the hands of an evil casino manager in Las Vegas.
