There’s something to be said for truth in labeling, which is why you pretty much know from the title whether this comic will be your cup of tea or not. Short strips and splash pages are filled with images that just should not be, unless conjoined twins having intercourse seems like reasonable subject matter. At the risk of being judgmental, it can at least be said that most of the images are fairly unpleasant at best—even publisher Dennis Worden describes it as “ugly disturbing porn.”

The cartoons were originally presented in “Screw” magazine in 1985, and are collected here in an undersized, photocopied collection. Mercifully, it’s only 15 pages long and printed in black and white.
