Anybody even semi-familiar with comic books has to have heard of at one time or another the name Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—the runaway hit of the 1980s that started as a spoof on mutant and kun-fu comics but later turned into something even their creators didn’t dream of. Well, here’s a short-lived spin off featuring Raphael, arguably the most colorful of the quartet of turtles.
While on a short sabbatical away from his fellow green mutant amphibians, Raphael meets up with a run-amok vigilante Punisher wannabe and decides to temporarily team up with him just to make sure when he flips his lid in a fight no innocents are hurt in the process.
