About 1400 years ago, Pascal, a ruler of the Mayans, had his entire family killed by order of the Mayan god, Quetzalcoati. Their ashes and blood were baked into a stone that was then carved into an idol. This idol is believed to be an object great power and is sought after by a man named Spencer. Spencer obtained the idol from an antiquities dealer, but Vampirella, who believes this artifact may cure her of her bloodlust, interrupts the exchange, although she fails to secure the idol.

Magdalena, the knight-errant of the Catholic Church, is on the trail of the idol to keep it from being used for nefarious purposes. Her mentor, Kristof, informs her that a woman possessing super-human strength was at the scene of the idol’s exchange, so the stage is set for these two women to cross paths.

As may be expected, the heroines fight and then team up to oppose Spencer’s rise to power. Like most bad girl books, the art is the impetus for this title’s existence, and in this instance it’s competently illustrated by Francis Manapul
