Max Brewster: The Universal Soldier

The Universal Corporation took a good, decent man, and turned him into a killing machine. They installed cybernetic hardware and a StorygeTM computer chip, giving him fighting skills that make him virtually unstoppable. The chip gives him instant access to hundreds of combat styles, weapons, and tactics by overshadowing the soldier’s personality with that of whatever warrior best suits the situation. But Max Brewster didn’t like being a Universal Soldier, and he especially didn’t like the company, and he turned rogue.

Ironically enough, after having failed miserably to reclaim their renegade “property,” the Universal Corp. now seeks to hire Brewster as a bounty hunter. They figure he’s the perfect choice to track other failed experiments, and if he should die on a mission,…Well, at least one problem would be solved.

Universal Soldier was also a major motion picture, which starred martial arts expert Jean-Claude van Damme.
