Weird Tales Illustrated

    (Millennium, 1992)
™ and ©1992 Weird Tales Ltd.

Weird Tales was one of the most influential horror and fantasy magazines of the first half of the century. Originally created as a home for work too controversial for other magazines, it ended up attracting the early works of H.P. Lovecraft, Robert Bloch (Psycho), Ray Bradbury, Harlan Ellison, Fritz Leiber, and Robert E. Howard (Conan the Barbarian).

In recent years, the magazine has undergone a revival, and, in 1992, Millennium collaborated in publishing a two-issue comic series adapting some of the more interesting stories from the magazine’s illustrious past.
