The Authority, from WildStorm, picks up where StormWatch (Vol. 2) left off. With the international Stormwatch group now scattered to the winds, there is no one to defend Earth’s population against a super-powered menace. Now, such an enemy exists. His army of super-villians at first savage Moscow, and next plan to cut a swath across civilization as we know it. Kaizen Gamorra, evil ruler of the island nation of Parousia will make the world his own, that is, unless the members of the Authority can stop him.

Writer Warren Ellis (Hellblazer, Transmetropolitan) and artist Bryan Hitch, the team behind the second StormWatch series, team up again to continue the adventures of the surviving members of that series in a new arena.
