Marvel Halloween Ashcan

Early in the twenty–first century, Marvel Comics continued a trend which had brought them some degree of success in the past—revising some of their more popular heroes with new artists, updating plots and storytelling for a younger audience. Thus was born the Marvel Age line. In order to attract new readers, many companies will put out small mini–comics to give away at conventions and comic book stores so that readers will be attracted to the art or stories and purchase the regular issue. The Marvel Halloween Ashcan 2004 features art and partial stories from Marvel Age Spider-Man #7, Marvel Age Fantastic Four #1, Marvel Age Spider-Man Team-Up #2, and Marvel Age Hulk #2.
