Lady Death: 10th Anniversary (Brian Pulido’s…)

In the early 90s, Brian Pulido’s Lady Death was one of a handful of “Bad Girl” comics that appealed to adolescent boys with their barely clothed and dangerous female leads. The storylines didn’t matter as much as the visuals. This one–shot is simply a reprint of the first issue of Lady Death. Because of the combination of sex appeal and horror, comparisons to Vampirella were quickly made when Lady Death initially debuted; however, that didn’t stop her first appearance from becoming scarce and skyrocketing in the price guides, which Avatar has again made available here in a more affordable edition.
