Runaways (2nd Series)

Once you’ve used your superpowers to overthrow your evil, psychotic parents, what’s next? For the teens known as the Runaways, “next” is going out and finding other teens in similar situations, and helping them turn their lives around. That all seems relatively straightforward when you’re battling a bunch of career losers like the Wrecking Crew, but what do you do when a woman from a horrific future shows up, claims to be one of you, and then proceeds to die in your arms?

This well-written series picks up where the hit first series left off, developing the unique main characters further and forcing them to grow up in a hurry. An intense and fun yarn by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona.
