Tales From the Edge!

Tales From the Edge is not really a comic book, but a combination art/interview series from Vanguard Productions. Although started recently, it has managed to spotlight a huge number of groundbreaking artists, including Bill Sienkiewicz, Wally Wood, Jim Steranko, and George Pratt. The glossy format shows off the art nicely, and the editors show a good instinct for where the really interesting artists are in a scene glutted with wannabe Jim Lees and Rob Liefelds.
