Steve Windsor is a super-hero of the finest sort: a man with a costume and courage, but not much else. Unfortunately, he’s being sought by the A.S.F., in particular, by an agent named Jennifer Bach. The two are destined to meet. Like fire and water, they are two parts of a continuum.

Texas-based Craig Miller created Windsor as an independent publication. In telling the story, he uses the innovative technique of using a flip-book format, with one side concentrating on Steve’s story, and the other on Jennifer’s. In this manner, we get a sense of how each character views the same story.
