Blitzkrieg

    (DC, 1976)
™ and ©1976 DC Comics, Inc.

As a unique twist on the war comic genre, DC created this series showing World War II adventures from the point of view of the Nazi soldiers. Needless to say, the Germans realize, with utmost poignancy, their mistakes, such as killing innocent people. Along the same lines, DC also backed up the stories with a historical series, the Huns, showing the Mongolian invasion of Europe as it may have been seen by Attila the Hun’s forces.

Unfortunately, readers seemed to prefer a traditional point of view and this series only had a five-issue run.
