Keif Llama Xenotech (Vol. 2)
(Aeon, 2005-2006)
™ and ©2005 Matt Howarth
A very wordy and cerebral sci-fi tale written in the style of Weird Science, but drawn in the style of Tin Tin. Main character Kief Llama resorts to some Shakespearian-like soliloquies that would put Hamlet to shame. She is a young girl xenotech who works for Confed, the galactic government. It seems that with all of the advancements in technology such as faster-than-light propulsion and all-purpose language translation, society is still bogged down with bureaucracy. Such a shame.
