High School Agent

Quite the odd concept here, asking the reader to believe that an American national security agency would blackmail an inexperienced Japanese high school student into undertaking sensitive missions. Anyone whose credulity stretches far enough not to question why an American with experience can’t be used will probably be drawn into Kohsuke’s life, and creator Hitoshi Tani Muri’s appealingly delicate art. Even more eccentric than the premise is Tani Mura putting a “soundtrack” on each page, and be suspicious of an American translation that misspells Manhattan.
