Jughead’s Fantasy

A unique idea for Archie standards: instead of just having Jughead sitting and eating hamburgers all day, in this title Jughead goes on a book-length “fantasy” adventure written in the same vein as Life With Archie. In one issue, Jughead imagines he’s a private eye, similar to Sam Spade, solving crimes and rescuing damsels in distress. Unfortunately, the series did not catch on, and only lasted for three issues. It is still a marvelous series… if you can find them.
