Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures

The Clone Wars were an ugly time in the history of the Star Wars universe, as chronicled in the popular movies. But while their primary focus is on the major figures involved, war touches the lives of everyone, from the mightiest leader to the weakest civilian. This one-shot examines war’s effect on the innocents in one such village, as a pair of Jedi soldiers work to evacuate it before the Droid army arrives. Although out–manned, the Jedi aim to prove that where numbers fail, guile can sometimes win the day.

“Free Comic Book Day” comes once a year and gives publishers a chance to introduce readers to titles they might not have checked out otherwise. Welles Hartley and The Fillbach Brothers delve into George Lucas’s world here.
