Hotspur

    (Eclipse, 1987)
™ and ©1987 Karl Waller and Romeo Tanghal

John Ostrander (Wasteland, Gotham Nights) spins the tale of Josef Quist: hotshot actor, master of stage combat, and ladies man. Josef is quite possibly the biggest actor in Cincinnati, starring in a play he wrote bearing his own nickname, Hotspur. But Josef has a wider audience than Cincinnati’s theater crowd. Somewhere, or sometime, there is a wizard in need of a hero.

Suddenly, Josef finds himself in a strange place where women try desperately to find a man who isn’t impotent and men resent anyone who isn’t. Thrust into what will surely be his greatest role, Hotspur must now survive long enough to find the wizard who brought him to this strange world, and save it.
