The Judges are the police force of the future. With crime running rampant in the mega-cities, these hard-nosed cops don’t have time to fool around when it comes to enforcing the law.

But, whereas other Judges use a draconian approach, Judge Anderson of the Psi Division is (slightly) more subtle. Hers is the power to read minds, which she uses to help convict lowlifes—sometimes because they’re just thinking about committing a crime. Unfortunately, this power also has a downside, making her more sensitive to psychic forces. So, when a group of dark Judges from a dead world decides that life itself is a crime, they are able to use her as part of a plan to enter our world.
