Feeding on the country’s newfound prosperity, demons and monsters have invaded 1920s America. The Magdalen Order, a legendary collective of priests and nuns, dedicates itself to the eradication of this menace. Sister Rosette is their front–line fighter in the war against evil forces, using specialized weapons and the aid of her friend Chrono, a demon whose life is inexplicably intertwined with hers. Too bad their efforts to stop the supernatural often cause more damage than the monsters.
