Constantine: The Official Movie Adaptation

    (Vertigo, 2005)
™ and © 2005 DC Comics, Inc.

Irate fans who hoped that Jude Law or Sting had been cast instead of Keanu Reeves might prefer this adaptation of the movie to the actual film. Even though the John Constantine of this comic has black hair and is drawn to look like Reeves, readers can at least substitute a British accent when the character speaks. Or maybe they’ll still hate the changes that were made. However fans may feel about the movie itself, the adaptation does manage to fit in with the Vertigo style thanks to the veteran talents of Steven T. Seagle, Ron Randall, and Jimmy Palmiotti.
