Universal Soldier (Now)

    (Now, 1992)
™ and ©1992 Carolco Pictures, Inc.

Viet Nam, 1969: Sergeant Andrew Scott went crazy and began gunning down civilians in the small village of Tsao Li. Andrew “Witzy” Luc tried to get him to stop, but the two wound up killing each other. Just another tragedy of war.

Today: Scott and Luc live again, their bodies reanimated as part of the Universal Soldier program. Cold, deadly, and efficient, the Universal Soldiers are the government’s new secret weapon. But when Luc and Scott begin remembering their past, these soldiers begin refighting an old war.

Adapted from the Carolco motion picture, Universal Soldier was released in two separate versions: an explicit, direct market edition, and a toned-down (and Comics Code-approved) newsstand edition.
