Devil Kids

Hot Stuff shares the Enchanted Forest with such popular characters as Casper and Wendy the witch. Like them, he’s basically a good guy, but it’s not really in his nature to be nice all the time. He usually lives up to his name by solving his problems with a blast of fire from his pitchfork.

The cast of characters include his fiery-haired Auntie and his perpetually cussing Grandpa Blaze, who both want the little devil to act more, well, devilish. The problem is with the fairy princess Charma, his unlikely little girlfriend. Like the “tuff” ghost Spooky, Hot Stuff’s good deeds are often done to impress his best girl.

In addition to 19 years in Devil Kids, Hot Stuff’s own title saw 177 issues published sporadically over a period of 34 years. Other titles included Hot Stuff Sizzlers and Creepy Caves. Stumbo the Giant was first introduced in Hot Stuff the Little Devil #2 and remained a regular feature.
