This title is yet another in a long line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rip-offs that appeared during the 1980s black and white comic book explosion; this one by Lee Marrs. It contains Marrs’ typical quirky sense of humor and artwork and is actually a much funnier strip than many of the other rip-offs. You may know Marrs’ work from Crazy (Marvel) magazine as well as a number of underground comic books from which this follows in the same vein.
