In 1190, the beloved King Richard’s attention was fully occupied as he prepared to rejoin the Crusades. In those trying times, the Sheriff of Nottingham took advantage of the King’s lapsed attentions by over-taxing and oppressing the common folk under his charge. Only a small group of rebels, led by one Robin Hood, dared challenge his tyranny. From their hiding place deep in Sherwood Forest, Robin’s band staged counterstrikes against the Sheriff’s cruelty, winning the love of the common people and the abiding hatred of the Sheriff.

Eclipse’s Robin Hood is a beautifully illustrated version of the classic tale. Presented in gorgeous watercolors by Christopher Schenck, this three-part mini-series brings new life to a legendary character.
