Korg: 70,000 B.C.

    (Charlton, 1975-1976)
©1976 Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc.

This title derived from the popular Hanna-Barbera television show. It stars Korg, a prehistoric man who leads a clan of cave dwellers. In its everyday life, this clan battles incredible dangers just to survive. It must hunt great animals for food, brave iceflows and other natural disasters, and fight huge prehistoric monsters of all kinds. Occasionally, this band encounters other men—including some from strangely advanced civilizations.

Korg’s world has a feel of fantasy to it, since the monsters which inhabit it are so large and powerful—especially in comparison to Korg and his band. That makes their struggle seem all the more heroic when they win, surviving to face some other danger tomorrow.
