The Green Arrow was doing some hunting—with a camera, naturally—when the cougar he was observing was brutally killed by someone with an automatic weapon. Following the “hunters” back to their base, he discovered a heavily armed camp on the Canadian-U.S. border. Soon, he realized that he had stumbled into a strange web of intrigue, with Indian separatists from Quebec banding together with IRA terrorists.

John Butcher, an Indian himself, was also investigating this camp, and soon the two join forces. Later, the Question would also be drawn into the plot.

Written by Mike Grell and Mike Baron, two of the most innovative talents in the business, this six-issue series is a fast-paced tale of adventure in the finest tradition of The Brave and The Bold.
