This October, 1997 one-shot is the dramatic the wrap-up of the second Union series. When last we left our hero, Union had been brutally beaten by the villain, Regent, stripped of his justice staff, and left to die. What nobody seemed to know was that Union had absorbed the might of his staff, and no longer needed it to utilize his extraordinary powers.

Union now must find Regent and engage in a final battle. At stake is the safety of the Earth, as well as the lives of fellow warrior Eliya and Union’s girlfriend, Jill Monroe.
