This adult porno comic series is set in the present but begins in the past. After ignoring a baby while having sex with the gardener, the nanny for a large Victorian mansion finds the baby face down in a fountain, dead. In the present, the mansion is now a school for rich, teenage, female virgins. These girls are not happy to be virgins at all and flash the young, male gardener every chance they get.

One night, the gardener ravishes a strange woman he encounters on the grounds, naked but for a hood she wears. But the hooded woman was not who she seemed to be. Could she be the ghost of the nanny? And why does her presence seem to set off an uncontrollable wave of sensuality on the girls of the school?
