Weaveworld

™ and ©1991 Clive Barker

Weaveworld adapts Clive Barker’s fantastic (yet often gruesome) novel by the same name. It all begins when working-class Cal Mooney discovers a very special carpet that literally contains another world within its threads. It’s called the Fugue—the Weaveworld—created by the magical beings known as Seerkind. Fleeing from an entity known as the Scourge, these beings had created the Weaveworld, then hidden themselves within it.

Almost a century later, the guardian of the Fugue—an elderly grandmother—lies dying. As her final act, she entrusts the Fugue to her granddaughter, Suzanna Parish. It’s then that the dark sorceress Immacolata decides to exact her revenge upon her fellow Seerkind. Using human and demonic accomplices, she strives for possession of Weaveworld…and only Cal and Suzanna stand in her way.
