A private intelligence group founded by a billionaire named Xanth Amarillo in the 1930s has evolved into a super-hero team under the leadership of Amarillo’s aged wife, known simply as Granny. The members are Bird, an airborne avenger; Tiger, a master of the martial arts; Streak, the teamís resident super-speedster; Rodent, indestructible super-agent; Outremer, the weapons expert; Buckaroo, gun-totin’ vigilante; and Pigeon, the team psychic. Funny thing is, they hate each other, but the money’s good so they stay at it. An interesting spin on the super-hero team book from Innovation, writers Scott Rockwell and David Lawrence, and artist John Statema.
