The New Crew

Published concurrently with their profiles of the original Star Trek crew (The Original Crew), this series gives brief biographies, in comic form, of the cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Beginning with Patrick Stewart (“Captain Jean Luc Picard”), the bios give brief sketches of the actors’ lives before they joined the cast. None are particularly critical in nature, or reveal anything beyond what would read in a press release. Art on the series is markedly better than in previous Personality releases, thanks to the efforts of penciler Kirk Lindo.
