In the days when Samurai warriors were all the rage in the world of comics, in all different permutations of humans and animals, why not a squirrel? That’s the premise here in this adventure featuring Nato-San, the Samurai Squirrel, in his epic quest to defeat the evil emperor Mordak. Accompanied by his brother, the one-eyed squirrel known as Malik-qui, he battles a series of bandits, warriors, giant spiders, and of course the various forces of Mordak himself.

Unlike other such anthropomorphic ninja adventures, this is not a spoof, but a fairly serious and tension-filled yarn, despite the somewhat unorthodox species of the characters.
