A glance at the truly appallingly designed covers probably left many believing this was just another shoddy self-produced title, which is a great shame. The exploits of the government-sponsored, pint-sized super-hero are plotted and drawn by Frank Turner, whose art is pleasingly influenced by Michael Golden and whose general abilities are the equal of all but the best Marvel had to offer at the time. This is very much a Marvel style super-hero comic complete with assorted subplots, most prominently government operatives with sinister aims. Well worth pulling out of the bargain box.
