Clint
(Trigon, 1986-1987)
™ and ©1986 Trigon
Clint the Intergalactic Bounty Hunter began in the pages of Totally Alien and eventually earned his own title. Originally, Clint was built—yes, he’s a robot…modeled after the heroes of Spaghetti Westerns—to capture Rufus Ruffstuff, a notorious repeat offender. Sadly, in his efforts to apprehend Ruffstuff, Clint accidentally blew up his creators and his hometown. Now, he’s on the run, but still manages to pick up work as a bounty hunter. Clint’s adventures are played strictly for laughs—and actually deliver! But watch out! He seems to make a habit of blowing things up!
