Kid ‘n Play

    (Marvel, 1992)
™ and ©1992 Chris Cross, Inc.

Kid (the lad with the strange haircut) and his smooth-talking friend Play were the stars of the movie sensation “House Party.” The duo stars in what is perhaps Marvel’s first “hip-hop” comic. The stories follow the pair through their lives, loves, and musical adventures, with plotting that more than anything resembles a daytime soap opera.
