Die, Monster, Die!

This is a comic book adaptation of one of Boris Karloff’s better latter-day chillers, originally released in 1965 and now available on home video. Back then, these comic book adaptations were really the only way to “recapture” the visual feeling of a film and this was another one with a story that more than vaguely resembles Little Shoppe of Horrors, with giant killer plants. These adaptations are especially good for those who don’t want to slog through an hour and a half of this loose HP Lovecraft adaptation. Though nowadays, you might just want to watch the video instead.
