Wolverine/Captain America

For those not in the know, Wolverine is a member of the every-Uncanny X-Men, a team of mutant super-heroes. He has animal-like senses, an enhanced healing factor, and razor-sharp Adamantium claws—all of which make him the best there is at what he does. Captain America is a World War II super-soldier who was rescued from suspended animation by the Avengers, the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes; he possesses extraordinary tactical sensibilities, unsurpassed combat skills, and a shield that’s both an offensive and a defensive weapon. These two heroes come together when a piece of mutating alien technology is stolen from the X-Men and the Avengers by just the wrong sort of people. They are aided in their efforts to recover the extraterrestrial tech by Warbird, an energy-wielding heroine who has a personal connection to both men. Fun, if somewhat pedestrian, super-hero fare from writer R.A. Jones and artist Tom Derenick.
