Chaos! Comics’ vampire from Hell gets her own monthly series and the body count is bound to be high. Purgatori, once an Egyptian slave named Sakkara, is now a very unique creature, a vampire that feeds on the blood of fallen angels. To slake her thirst she turns to the ruins of Manhattan, which has become a magnet for fallen angels. She stalks them through the wreckage of our world even as vampire hunters and more powerful supernatural foes hunt her. With such eerie companions as Blattidae, queen of cockroaches, at her side, Manhattan is becoming a terrifyingly bloody place to be….
