Girls of ’95: Good, Bad & Deadly

As the subtitle says, “The Good, the Bad, and the Deadly.” There’s certainly no “Ugly” to this book of pinup shots, whose title should perhaps also include “the Scantily Clad.” A framing sequence to the full-page cheesecake images by various artists features the aerobic duo who regularly star in the Spandex Tights series who have come to arrest the “bad girls” who have taken over the world of comics. Soon they discover that bad girls aren’t necessarily breaking the law…they’re just drawn that way. The ensuing portfolio of women in lingerie goes on to provide ample evidence of that fact.

There’s no nudity here, but there’s not much left to the imagination, either. Published in black-and-white by Lost Cause Productions, the book features a number of creators and characters from small independent companies.
