If you’re a big fan of John Lustig’s Last Kiss romance comic parodies, but not a big fan of romance, try this title. As the front cover states: “Keith Giffen and Mike Leib go nuts and rewrite an old Wally Wood war comic!” And that they do. Quite funny and also quite silly and probably better written than the original source material, though it doesn’t give a reference to the original title so that you can compare. Giffen and Leib warn you that this is the consequence if you let your material fall into the public domain.
