Forbidden Subjects is a one-shot pinup book of by artist Kevin Townson (“K. To.”) The black-and-white sketches, ranging from mid-1995 to 1997 leave nothing to the imagination as they portray a variety of curvaceous women engaged in solo and lesbian sex. The art is competently rendered, and distinctly erotic. Far from attempting any real effort at “forbidden subjects,” however, it never seems to stretch beyond the bounds of conventional pornography.
