Animated TV stars Masters of the Universe returned to the comics with this 1986 series. Prince Adam is the heir to the throne of the fantastic land of Eternia. He is accompanied on his adventures by a group of loyal friends, including the diminutive magician Orko and the talking cat Battlecat.

Unfortunately, Prince Adam also has his enemies, including Hordak and the dread Skeletor. These evildoers would like nothing better than to take over the bright land of Eternia. Luckily, Prince Adam and his friends are more than a match for them—especially when Adam uses his Power Sword to transform himself into the mighty warrior He-Man.
