Harvey Swick is a young boy afraid he might die of boredom. After a mysterious individual known as Rictus appears in his room one night, he might wish he’d been so lucky. Rictus promises Harvey fun and excitement, introducing him to Holiday House, a place of miracles and wonderment for children. At Holiday House it can be Christmas, or Halloween, all the time, which sounds great—but there are strings attached. While Harvey enjoys having his dreams fulfilled, he's vaguely unsettled by the fact that the man who owns the house, Mr. Hood, seems to know exactly what all those dreams are…

Horror novelist Clive Barker has strode through the world of comics before, including briefly conceiving his own universe at Marvel Comics. This graphic novel adaptation of his all–ages novel has the same scary, dream–like atmosphere as his writing, as presented by writer Kris Oprisko and artists Gabriel Hernandez and Sulaco Studios.
