Love and Romance

Love and Romance is a relatively late entry into the romance comics genre, appearing the early 70s when all but a few girl-oriented comics had been crowded off the stands by legions of superheroes. The best that can be said of Love and Romance is that it competently executes the formula of slick, sexless art and cloying sentimentally that typified American romance comics since the 1950s.
