In the House of M alternate reality, mutants rule, and humans are the oppressed minority. As this world is turned upside down, so is that of District X, a region that had once been home to disenfranchised mutants—Mutant Town—and now is home to the same marginalized humans, in “Sapien Town.” The problem is essentially the same for street cop Lucas Bishop—tensions between human and mutants, assassination attempts, and his struggle to keep the peace in a world gone mad. Not only that, but he’s got to break in a new, human partner…

This miniseries spins out of Marvel’s “House of M” event involving the X-Men and the Avengers. David Hine and Lan Medina team up to tell the multi-layered story of action/adventure and race relations.
