Grissom and his night shift Crime Scene Investigation team are being kept busy by what appears to be mob warfare. Known criminals are being systematically killed and their bodies left on the streets of Las Vegas. The trail is made even more murky by one of the suspects turning up with a new face, and it’s beginning to look like the people who gave it to him may join him in the morgue.

Kris Oprisko’s story captures the feel of a typical CSI script from the popular television show. Gabriel Rodriguez’s art goes with the flow and makes the story a visual treat as well. While not for younger readers due to graphic violence akin to what they would normally see on the actual program, fans of the show will find this tale faithful to the spirit of the original.
