This was a strip was considered lost and forgotten until Dr. Neil Rosenstein discovered the gem while researching the microfilm of a completely different subject. He happened upon the strip in the back issues of the Elizabeth Daily Journal. Admittedly, had this strip not been done by someone of later-name recognition, the strip would probably have remained lost. As such, Frank Thorne was enough of a name from his work on Red Sonja to warrant the complete collection of 173 strips painstakingly reconstructed to replicate the originals that were destroyed years ago.
