The six-part Justice Leagues “event” begins here and examines the JLA’s significance to the DC Universe. With the help of Silver Age super-villain Hector Hammond, the enigmatic Advance Man makes everyone on Earth forget the Justice League of America so his mysterious client Plura’s world-conquering scheme can be set into motion. That is, until Hammond learns the true nature of the plan and encourages everyone to “[r]emember the Justice League of A—” before being overcome. Still, the Advance Man continues to wreak havoc in his client’s name, and even though there’s no Justice League of America to oppose him, something drives the DCU’s heaviest hitters to form JLA’s of their own to deal with the developing crisis. They are: Justice Leagues: Justice League of Amazons (Part 2), Justice Leagues: Justice League of Atlantis (Part 3), Justice Leagues: Justice League of Arkham (Part 4), and Justice Leagues: Justice League of Aliens (Part 5).

This entertaining, hero-packed storyline concludes in Justice Leagues: JLA (Part 6), and each installment features a gorgeous cover by legendary super-team artist George Perez (Avengers, New Teen Titans, Wonder Woman).
