King Tiger & Motorhead

    (Dark Horse, 1996)
™ and ©1996 Dark Horse Comics, Inc.

King Tiger and Motorhead, two of Dark Horse’s characters from the launch of the Comics Greatest World imprint, join forces in this two-issue mini-series to stop a demonic invasion at Mardi Gras.

King Tiger was raised by his father and the sect he led as an unwitting pawn to the invasion of demons from another dimension. Rather than sealing the portal with his death, as he was told, his sacrifice would actually open the gateway. He rebelled, escaped, and now hunts the mystical forces that seek mankind’s enslavement.

Motorhead is Frank Fletcher, a former employee of Barb Wire. He is a powerful psychic, able to obliterate an area with just a thought. An alien presence calling itself The Motor, which has taken up residence in his head is the source of his power. It is also the source of much of the humor as the techno-organic presense is depicted as an absurd extension of Fletcher’s personality.
